When companies are hiring it is very important to think about whether you want to hire them internally or externally. If a company wants to fill a position quickly, they could consider someone internally. When hiring internally, there is no onboarding and the employee can get started much quicker. If there is some special skill that is needed or a gap that needs to be filled – then hiring externally makes more sense. These hires may be more costly if they have a more specific skill set, but sometimes that can be an advantage to a company if they’re needing that skill to beat a competitor or save money. ………..
