I have no idea why I do this, but I generally am a fast talker. At times, not all the time, when I am making a presentation to a person, or a group, if I get nervous, I will start talking so fast that I forget to breathe and have to stop so I can catch my breath. I have had customers tell me to slow down and not be so nervous. On the other side, I have no problem asking some that is speaking to me to slow down their talking……………
