The fear of victimization in women and men varies in various aspects. Women are more likely to show fear of victimization compared to men (Mallicoat, 2014). Women are taught about fear from an early age as parents prioritize their safety more than for their sons. Girls fear victimization more compared to boys because they have limited freedom allowed by their parents. The fear of victimization in women starts at a young age and transitions to adulthood. Women are said to feel more physically vulnerable as a result of their gender and small stature regardless of their age……….
