There is a minimum of two scholarly references related to mission statement development.
Grammar, spelling, punctuation, references, and citations are consistent with formal academic writing and APA format as expressed in the current edition.
An introduction and conclusion are required in the paper.

Mission Statement
As outlined by Valiga (2020), a mission statement serves as a clear articulation of the fundamental purpose of an organization, delineating its raison d’être and intentions. This crucial element provides direction, guiding the organization toward the attainment of its goals and envisioned future. Nurses, too, benefit from crafting personal mission statements, fostering a sense of purpose that aligns with their objectives in nursing and chosen specialties (Alegre et al., 2018). This discussion delves into the mission statement of the parent organization, the selected program’s mission statement, the components of the program mission statement, its alignment with the parent organization’s mission statement, and the significance of peer collaboration.
Parent Organization Mission Statement
The parent organization, Chamberlain University, defines its mission as “to educate, empower, and embolden diverse healthcare professionals who advance the health of people, families, communities, and nations” (Chamberlain University, 2021).
BSN Program Mission Statement
