However, the experiences and skills acquired in managing human resources can be effectively applied to establish professional relationships with friends within the workplace.
In addressing the issue of a friend’s tardiness, the first step is to establish clear ground rules and guidelines for our professional relationship. Sensitizing my friend to the importance of maintaining respect and balance between our personal and professional connections is crucial.
Emphasizing the significance of punctuality, similar to any other colleague, will be a key aspect of this discussion. Implementing and managing boundaries will be a strategic approach to ensure that our friendship does not compromise the professional standards expected in the workplace.
