Over the years, Starbuck has spent a lot of resources and funds to build its brand image. The company is known for providing quality services to its customers and focuses on social responsibility to help maintain its hard-earned brand image. The company should concentrate on short-run and long-run benefits. Social responsibility maintains a positive image to the customers. Both customers and employees feel that they are part of the organization, which creates a long-run advantage for the company. Despite the high prices, the company buys coffee, promoting trade and good relations with the manufacturers (Bonaparte, 2020)……………
