Analyzing films can tell us a lot about how we view movies and what they are ultimately about. When we break down the many aspects of a film, we can learn to appreciate it or consider it a flop. Did the cinematographer do a good job? Did the actors bring that certain character to life? We as viewers can gain an understanding of these films by looking at these types of questions before watching a film. In the past, I have been opened to watching almost any movie. With age, I have closed the door a bit, so to say, when choosing what I will watch. When I was younger, I watched movies that were equivalent to junk food (Goodyknoontz, Jacobs, Meetze & Pritts, 2019). These movies were raunchy comedies or just movies that had no meaning to them…….
