SAMPLE
One open ended question she has was, “how does it make you feel” when you think people about what other people think about you?” This was a wonderful question considering that is one of her biggest issues, and if left room for her to really open up in that area. Another was “On those particular days, what were your thoughts in that situation?” Again, this was a great open-ended question because it really got her to open up about her anxiety when she was around people and how she was short of breath etc. Other questions were “how do YOU think you looked that day?” I really liked this because it gave her a perfect opportunity to reflect on how she thinks she looks. All of these were perfect questions to really get her to engage and answer questions to get to the cause of why she feels this way.
