LA2003 Prosecutorial Roles Differentiate between prosecutorial roles and decisions in the criminal justice system.s Answer
The three cases explain certain exceptional elements in developing the defense, intent, and casual. The first case is Johnny shooting his father, Mr. Smith, after an altercation with his mother. Johnny did it to protect his mother after the father’s argument became crazier. The second case is about the high school student where Tony hurt Jake by mistake. Such situations happened, but this one was different because the victim got an injury. Finally, the intruder, Edwin, needs help because, after the homeowner warned him countless times, he did not stop. Partly being intoxicated is one reason he got into this situation, but now he cannot blame his action on it.
