Assignment 2: Required Summary Blog Post WLDN 2010 Answer
This week’s learning resources have taught me a better understanding of how people behave. Many people behave and react in certain ways depending on how they interpret the things around them. Fritz Heider theorized that behavior is determined by a combination of internal and external factors (Black 2019). I thought that this was interesting and it definitely led me to think about our behaviors further. Internal factors refer to personal attributes and abilities while external factors refer to task difficulty and chance.
