CE215 Unit 5 Discussion Major Considerations for Setting Up Your Learning Environment Answer
The dramatic play area includes the foundational element, imagination. This element is very important in children’s learning so I want to make sure to let the children go through the process of building their own environments (5 Building Blocks of Early Childhood Design, 2017). Letting children use their imagination helps them understand the world they live in and their place in it. This even means to let the environment be reflective of the child’s work. The size of the classroom and how many children are in the class will help determine how much space is available for the dramatic play area (Kaplan Early Learning Company). ………….
