It is important to understand the nature of groups and know how to communicate in various settings. Before completing your discussion, please review the Unit II: Technology Committee Scenario from your text. The Unit II scenario is located immediately before Chapter 6. Launch the textbook and then select Unit II to find the scenario.

For this discussion, please respond to the following:

  • Trevon has what he thinks is a good idea for a technology solution. What will likely happen when Trevon voices his idea?
  • What are ways to overcome individual opinions when you are working in a group?

Being the analyzer in a situation, it was really hard for me to come up with what would happen when Trevon voices his suggestion. Mostly because so many scenarios and factors come to mind. I think it is important to know the natural flow of the conversation to make a fair assumption.  However, if Trevon did in fact suggest a possible solution right after Andrea finished her introductions, it would not have allowed the group to accurately identify or analyze the problem at hand (Hamilton, Creel, and Kroll, 2019)…………….
