What are the pros and cons of protein?

The pros of breastfeeding are many, such as it is a benefit for a mother and the child. Breastfeeding is a natural way to feed a baby, not to mention a great bonding experience between mom and baby. Breast milk has natural ingredients to help not only for baby’s growth but also to protect the baby from disease and illness. Another pro is breast milk is easy for the baby to digest and may even prevent gas and a colic baby.  When a baby is breastfed, the bowel movements from the baby are not as smelly, and they tend not to have much diarrhea or be constipated……..
