Culture represents the characteristics specific to a certain group of people including their ways of life, religion, language, music, and social habits. The study of culture focuses on the development of a group having specific social patterns and sees how these social and religious configurations came into practice. Etic perspective focuses on viewing the culture from an outsider’s point of view, so it is easy to understand through conducting interviews of the people of that culture. Emic perspective is an insider’s view, which is difficult to understand by the person of another culture.
