Yes, I believe my decision to attend The College of St. Scholastica was a rational decision. I have gone to other colleges before transferring to CSS and wanted to make sure that my credits would pass over and be applied, which they did. To me, that aspect of transferring to CSS was important. I do not think I went through every step in rational decision-making only because I applied to CSS and that was it. I do not think I had as many alternatives since I did not apply to other colleges. The alternative that I can think of is either attending college or not attending college……..
