Personal Values Inventory and Assessment
Everyone’s daily routine is guided by their personal values and life values (Nordin et al., 2011). It is easy for everyone to identify their values since they can tell what describes them best. Table 1 illustrates my personal and life values. The two exercises of identifying personal and family values returned results as follows
Introduction
At the personal level, there are the values and principles that guide me and play a significant role in my day-to-day activities. Whenever I am engaged in any sort of activity, I have to take responsibility and get it done in the most accomplished way possible. I always believe in giving the best of myself in any situation, guided by the circumstances surrounding the situation and my abilities. My commitment is always to be a winner and to succeed in whatever I do. These are elements only achievable with the right frame of mind, and great preparation to handle challenges.
