Management Ethics Reflection
I have always believed that ethics play a central role in management. An ethical leader is more likely to achieve better results than one who displays disregard to the moral rights and wrongs. Throughout this course, I have gained a great deal of information regarding management ethics, and I am better position to interpret matters of ethical important in organizational management. Further, I have understood how I can be a better person in society by sticking to the established moral standards in my environment. Management ethics starts at a personal level, before it is spread to the community level. The class has been a great revelation on matters of ethics.
